As an Innovation Specialist, you will collaborate on end-to-end innovation projects, taking ownership from initial research to successful delivery. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and operational excellence to contribute to design and execute initiatives that drive impactful outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility into project deliverables. You will navigate uncertainty and came up with real world projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with innovation heads, sales, and pre-sales team members to ensure the design mindset addresses the question, ties back to business goals, and results in high-quality projects.

• Craft elegant design work for multi-faceted industry environments. 

•  Create and enable premium pitches using a strategic business and industry perspective.

• Work with our cross-functional areas to stay tuned on projects and innovative initiatives created.

• You'll be responsible for the exploration, conceptualization, and execution of workshops for our clients to explore actual and new business opportunities. (Service Design and or Design Futures skills are a plus).

• Regularly present work internally, providing design rationale for your output.

• You'll create PowerPoint presentations to present the projects and logic created.

Location:

• The position is in Santiago-Chile  (It is not a remote position).

Minimum qualifications:

• Degree in Design, Innovation, Fine Arts or equivalent.

• 3+ years of experience in real business projects. 

• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills in a collaborative environment.

• Attention to detail in communication. 

• Communication design skills, including strong layout, typography, and storytelling. 

• Strong ability to facilitate pre-workshops, workshops, and post workshops, including actionable initiatives from deliverables.

• Ability to generate and lead teams to create new concepts and projects quickly based on stakeholder direction and Oracle perspective and expertise. 

• Understanding of Tech Industry.
