Develop full Innovation Front End explorations based on briefs Generate, in partnership with the Strategic Insight Manager, full front end explorations, developing and leveraging a deep understanding of the consumer in this space, and a broad understanding of the market and category landscape in the target OPCOs. Develop a range of compelling concepts of which 2-4 pass action standards on screening and enter the pipeline for future development Develop winning fully defined Innovation propositions Working from validated concepts that have entered the pipeline, work with a cross-functional team to build fully defined consumer propositions which contain – A finalised design A finalised liquid A full Commercial proposition (consumer and customer benefits and price point) A business case to +/-25% Develop expertise as a ‘go to’ person across HNV on areas of expertise Become subject matter experts in the areas where front end and proposition development is being led eg a consumer territory or a category Actively lead the sharing of expertise across the business where relevant
