Injury Management and Rehabilitation consultant
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Rehabilitation team at Recovre. This role will be based in Adelaide. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least sixty percent a week in the office. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on supporting clients through injury management and rehabilitation, ensuring they achieve exceptional health outcomes.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant or Injury Management Consultant, you will have the unique opportunity to shape your career path by choosing to work full or part-time, allowing you to explore both injury management and rehabilitation consulting, or focus on the area that excites you the most.

We will count on you to:

Spend 50% of your week undertaking Outsourced Injury Management for Australia’s leading manufacturing companySpend 50% of your week managing a portfolio of 10-15 occupational rehabilitation files – supporting injured workers across self-insurance and life insurance schemesFacilitate Initial Needs Assessments, Medical Case Conferences, Ergonomic Assessments, ADL Assessments, Job Dictionaries, Worksite Assessments, as well as administrative actions and case notes in a timely mannerWork your way – post-probation, enjoy the autonomy of working a mix of on-site, in the office, and from homePromote and contribute to a safe and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel appreciated and valued

What you need to have:

Exceptional Case Management/Return-To-Work experience and qualified as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Social Worker, Registered Nurse, Provisional or Registered PsychologistResilience, time efficiency, and adaptability to balance considerable output while maintaining work/life balanceThe ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients, families, and colleagues
