What You'll Do as a Injection Molding Technician:

Efficiently set up molds, automation, and auxiliary equipment for production.Perform efficient and safe mold changeovers, including setting molds, plumbing, cleaning granulators, setting up blenders, changing EOAT, loading robot programs, and inputting process parameters to meet quality and production standards.Perform daily process verifications and optimize production rates.Troubleshoot and maintain injection molding and auxiliary equipment.Conduct material changeovers and operate Motan material conveying systems.Inspect and pack parts, ensuring product meets quality standards.Maintain detailed production and scrap reports.Sustain a safe and clean manufacturing environment.

Work Experience

What a Preferred Candidate Will Bring:

High School Diploma or GED equivalentPrevious experience setting molds into injection molding machinesKnowledge of robotics, automation, and material handling systems (preferred)Experience operating injection molding machines, using measuring tools, and interpreting blueprintsBasic computer skills.Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periodsExcellent verbal and written communcation skills in EnglishStrong attention to detail and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
