Mission: 

 

Coordinates the industrialization of new projects and all product - process, internal and external changes received from the client and / or interdepartmental in the period: pre-series and up to 3 months after SOP (beginning of series production)

 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

Coordinates the industrialization of new projects and all product - process, internal and external changes received from the client and / or interdepartmental in the period: pre-series and up to 3 months after SOP (beginning of series production) Ensures the constant connection between the Project Development Team and the factory (all departments); Manages Process-Product changes in Grupo Antolin Sibiu, changes that come from the Client or in collaboration with other factories in the group in line with the GA P-12.2 procedure (change management) during the industrialization period up to SOP +3 months, as follows: Organizes internal kick-off meetings and monitors progress, records all changes in the I-P122-C document change history. Distribute I-P122-A Process Product Change Analysis to all involved departments It is ensured that each department performs the risk analysis, the purpose and their ability to fulfill the requirements, by evaluating the technical feasibility (including the potential impact on the mountability, form, function, performance and/or durability of the products). Analyze together with the project team the economic and technical impact caused by the change.
