4. Ensure documentation of industrial engineering procedures and standard cell is updated based on workshop results and/or the implementation of continuous improvement programs on production lines.
5. Support the maintenance of information and the use of OMS system software.
6. Manage the 5S system at the plant, supporting the follow-up of activities generated in 5S audits.
7. Support self-directed and high-performance teams.
8. Coordinate and promote the Your Idea Awards program.
9. Comply with and monitor environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures related to the operations' activities.
