Monitorea, identifica, investiga y resuelve proactivamente incidentes de networking y seguridad, optimizando la red existente, asegurando el rendimiento optimo y minimizando los tiempos de inactividad. **What you'll be doing** **PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES** + Realizar configuraciones, atender y resolver eventos de baja y mediana complejidad. + Realizar labores de cableado estructurado simple, acompañando o dirigiendo las tareas, resolución de problemas o incidentes. + Apoya en la creación y mantención de la documentación, procesos, procedimientos y diagramas actualizados. + Levantar tickets, hacer seguimiento, documentar e informar sobre escalamientos a áreas de ingenieros especialista y/o gestión con terceros. **REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES** + Estudios técnicos y/o profesionales en Telecomunicaciones, Conectividad y Redes, Informática, Electrónica o afines. + +5 años de experiencia en roles similares. + Certificación CCNP vigente. + Conocimientos en Cisco DNA Center, ISE, SD-WAN, enrutamiento intermedio (BGP-OSPF). **REQUISITOS DESEABLES** + Manejo en tecnologías de seguridad. **En NTT DATA tenemos la firme convicción de que la** **diversidad** **es el gran valor de nuestra organización.
