Este rol se encarga de gestión de incidencias, escalamientos, mantención, reportería y change management, ¡queremos conocerte! **What you'll be doing** **PRINCIPALES RESPONABILIDADES** + Gestión y análisis de eventos de monitoreo (Críticos y no críticos), en base a proceso de **Event Management de ITIL.** + Clasificar y escalar eventos recurrentes a niveles L2 y L3 para investigación de causa raíz. + Mantener los Ítems de configuración (CI) actualizados y sincronizados con la CMDB. + Participar en los CAB asociados a cambios de CI, en base a proceso de **Change Management.** + Realizar las tareas programadas por los clientes o niveles L2 y L3, en base a procedimientos establecidos + Generar y entregar reportes de la gestión de eventos **REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES** + Estudios técnicos y/o profesionales en informática, telecomunicaciones, conectividad y redes, sistemas, industrial o afines. + 0 - 2 años máximo de experiencia. + Conocimientos en metodologías ágiles e ITIL. + Conocimientos en sistemas operativos (Windows, Linux) + Conocimientos de networking. + Disponibilidad para trabajar por turnos. **HABILIDADES QUE SON UN PLUS** + Certificaciones Cloud. + Certificaciones en Sistemas operativos. **Workplace type** **:** Hybrid Working **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
