En tant qu'Ingénieur Process & Projets Distribution, vous fournirez une expertise reconnue et essentielle dans la bonne gestion de notre productivité et son amélioration constante. Nous nous proposons le poste en CDI sur notre site de Briare - vous y rejoindrez un site Seveso Seuil Haut. Le site fait l'objet de nombreux investissements du groupe qui, 50 ans après sa création, a un avenir radieux !

Ce que nous recherchons

Formation : Etudes économiques, techniques ou logistiques achevées avec succès ou formation comparable dans le domaine de la logistique

Expérience : confirmée dans la gestion de projets & process, idéalement en milieu de distribution

Thématique gestion de projet avérée : Gamba, Lean, avec compétences informatiques type PowerBI, SAP...

Langues : français et anglais sont requis

Personnalité : leadership, volonté de développement, orientation-solutions et créativité, rigueur et capacités de fédération.

Comment vous allez faire la différence

Diriger des projets et des actions d'amélioration des processus, afin d'accroître l'efficacité et la productivité : 

Identifier les améliorations potentielles des processus dans les opérations de l'entrepôt, les économies associées, élaborer un plan d'action, fixer des priorités et des délais. 

Diriger des événements/projets kaizen, en impliquant les dirigeants locaux. 

Diriger et soutenir les projets d'automatisation au sein des opérations, en relation avec l'équipe de projet de l'UE et les fournisseurs externes si nécessaire. 

Contrôler et promouvoir les outils « lean » de l'Avantor Business System (gemba, Kaizen, 6S, VSM, résolution de problèmes, Hour of Power, analyse Pareto, A3,...), et agir en tant que champion de l'ABS.  

Diriger des audits ABS réguliers et gérer le plan d'action correspondant avec les superviseurs.

Diriger le processus d'optimisation du stockage, afin de garantir l'espace libre prévu dans toutes les zones et d'optimiser les flux (ABC, processus de réapprovisionnement, règles de slotting, paramètres SAP, ségrégation des produits chimiques, adaptation des racks, etc...). Diriger la revue hebdomadaire. Organiser les opérations de stockage externe avec les 3PL, si nécessaire.

Traiter les demandes ad hoc dans SAP / Qlick View, et apporter un soutien aux superviseurs sur les analyses requises (productivité, qualité, etc...). 

S'assurer que les opérations sont exécutées conformément aux normes définies dans tous les centres de distribution de l'UE ; 

Interagir avec la maintenance locale et l'informatique locale pour les besoins de l'entrepôt, et gérer le suivi du plan d'action.
