Required Qualifications:
Graduate of accredited school of nursing. Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Upon hire: Idaho Registered Nurse License - if practicing in this location Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License - if practicing in this location Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
