What you’ll Do

The Infrastructure Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the infrastructure solutions that support our business operations. This role requires a deep understanding of infrastructure technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Evaluate and recommend infrastructure technologies and tools to meet business needs. Develop and maintain infrastructure architecture documentation. Ensure infrastructure solutions are aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the infrastructure team. Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, reliability, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

What Experience and Education You Need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant work experience. Proven experience as an Infrastructure Solution Architect or similar role leading global projects. Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud computing. Experience with infrastructure automation and orchestration tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Relevant experience and or certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect).

Advanced Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with multiple cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Security Focus: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and experience implementing secure infrastructure solutions. Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time. Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and changing business requirements.

Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, with frequent interruptions Requires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, and reaching, or bending Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasks May require travel by automobile and airplane for business May require visits to warehouse operations in temperatures at or below freezing May require carrying loads related to travel and the occasional lifting, carrying, positioning, and/or moving of objects weighing up to 20 pounds Requires the use of various electronic tools
