**Summary:**
Meta is seeking an Infrastructure Engineering Manager to join our Hardware Design, Release to Production (HDRTP) team. Our servers and data centers are the foundation of our infrastructure and the HDRTP team is central to ensuring that we can scale rapidly to meet the needs of our business.The HDRTP team is responsible for the end-to-end Hardware Lifecycle of all Meta servers. This includes pre-production, hands-on system/hardware debugging, stress-testing, enabling production-ready system monitoring, automated provisioning and automated remediation of issues. HDRTP Engineers work closely with Production Engineering teams, Enterprise Networking, Hardware Designers, Networking Teams, Manufacturers, Vendors, Datacenter Operation teams and New Product Introduction teams to ensure the smooth operation of systems across the globe.We encounter problems from the very smallest of scales (at the microscopic scale, within single registers of a CPU) up to the very largest, as we deploy global solutions to our millions-large fleet. We seek applicants with a history of continuous learning and drive, who want to tackle the hardest problems in the domain.
**Required Skills:**
Infrastructure Engineering Manager, HDRTP Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of 6-8 engineers committed to developing and scaling platforms and technologies in one of the largest infrastructures in the world
2. Be an effective and technically hands on people manager
3. Drive roadmap creation and execution
4. Measure the impact of your team and set clear expectations and goals
5. Build and develop tooling solutions to automate business critical processes in service of managing the health of the Meta production fleet
6. Build subject matter expertise in one or more of the specialist areas covered by the RTP team - Firmware Deployment, Edge/CDN Hardware, Silicon Platforms
7. Continuously improve crossfunctional collaboration with partner teams, organizations and internal and external stakeholders to drive engineering efforts
8. Partner with leadership to influence and drive org design, contribution and prioritisation
9. Work with your team and cross-functional partners to define and influence strategy
**Minimum Qualifications:**

10. BS or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics or a related field or equivalent experience
11. 5+ years of relevant engineering work experience, including hands-on technical management
12. 3+ years of Engineering Management experience
13. Proven track record in recruiting and managing technical teams
