Infrastructure Engineer
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our team on a contract basis until the end of 2025. This role is crucial for managing and enhancing our Azure services and capabilities, with a strong focus on security and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and deploy services and resources using Terraform. + Monitor and manage security, identity, and access management within Azure. + Remediate vulnerabilities identified in Azure systems. + Support API management and service bus security changes. + Build and maintain server images to support standard services. + Collaborate with a team to handle ongoing requests and tasks related to Azure services. Required Skills: + Extensive experience with Azure and Windows environments. + Proficiency in Terraform for setting up services. (Ability to build Terraform configurations from scratch.) + Strong understanding of infrastructure as code and automation tools. + Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python. + Experience with Azure AD, Active Directory Domain Services, and cloud services. + Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery processes. Additional Skills: + Understanding of computer architecture and operating systems. + Basic knowledge of Storage Area Network (SAN) and Network-Attached Storage (NAS) technologies. + Experience with virtualization technologies, including VMware. + Ability to follow configuration and change management processes. Work Environment: + Collaborative, sharp, and supportive team. + Hours of support: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, and Friday, 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM. Interview Process: + Two-step interview: + First 30 minutes with hiring managers. + Second 30 minutes with the team. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $70.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
