Insight Global is looking to hire an Infrastructure Analyst for a client of ours in the Wichita, KS area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience dealing with system infrastructure; core responsibilities are incident response, watching and executing on alerts from the monitoring tools, troubleshooting, communicating to our customers with the capabilities as escalations points. This position allows the opportunity to play with cool technologies, building servers, onboarding/decommissioning devices into our tools, firewall rules, switch configurations, FDAP, etc. We also patch all of the servers in the environment. This position is a 6-month contract to hire.
