**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow ITSM ServiceNow Integration and ServiceNow Discovery. This role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our IT infrastructure and ensuring seamless integration and discovery processes.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead the implementation and management of ServiceNow ITSM modules to ensure efficient IT service management.
+ Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.
+ Provide expertise in ServiceNow Discovery to ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration management data.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
+ Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow processes and integrations to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
+ Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow applications to ensure high availability and reliability.
+ Conduct regular audits and assessments of ServiceNow configurations to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
+ Train and mentor junior team members on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
+ Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow.
+ Ensure that all ServiceNow implementations are aligned with the companys IT strategy and business objectives.
+ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
+ Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements to continuously improve the platforms capabilities.
+ Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to IT service management and ServiceNow usage.
**Qualifications**
+ Possess strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM with a proven track record of successful implementations.
+ Demonstrate experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
+ Have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and its application in configuration management.
+ Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
+ Show proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
+ Display strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
