Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows and MySQL DB Administration. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage and optimize our IT infrastructure ensuring seamless operations and high availability. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Windows servers to ensure optimal performance and security.Oversee MySQL database administration including installation configuration and maintenance.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows and MySQL environments.Implement and monitor backup and recovery procedures for critical data.Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures to maintain system integrity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure projects.Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.Perform regular system updates and patches to keep the infrastructure secure.Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning for Windows and MySQL systems.Assist in the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans.Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in IT infrastructure management.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Windows server administration with at least 7 years of experience.Demonstrate expertise in MySQL DB administration including performance tuning and optimization.Have a solid understanding of IT security principles and best practices.Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Hold relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server or MySQL Database Administrator.Display a proactive approach to learning and staying current with emerging technologies.Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address infrastructure challenges.Show experience in developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for IT systems.Have a proven track record of implementing and managing backup and recovery procedures.Exhibit a customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality support.Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model.
