SUMMARY / WORK SCOPE
Quebe Holdings is seeking to fill an (in office) Information Technology (IT) Administrator plans and manages Information Technology operations. The IT Administrator plans, directs and coordinates information systems and telecommunications operations within the company. In addition, the IT Administrator plans, directs, coordinates, and participates in application support activities, systems and development activities, and network and technical services activities. This role will require travel to other locations, strong customer support, and the ability to work well with all other members of the IT Team. Occasional travel outside of the divisional area may be needed, such as attending events or working on larger projects. The IT Administrator will serve as a main point of contact on all IT related matters for the Company.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for day-to-day IT operations: Implement and manage network security as established by EMCOR policy Effectively communicate relevant IT systems information to the CFO and the Executive Team in a timely fashion Work closely with the Executive Team to plan the yearly budget and projects based on Company goals for the year Determine the schedule of IT projects throughout the year Work closely with Operations Administrators to champion Information Technology within the company Attend regular conference calls with EMCOR IT & Security Responsible for IT Security & Compliance Ensure compliance with EMCOR IT SOPs Oversee and manage the deployment of IT and Security tools Communicate & educate employees on IT and Security best practices Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems Responsible for the IT Infrastructure and Operations: Manage the process of changes effectively, while remaining on the forefront of emerging industry practice and products Plan for future needs and identify solutions to satisfy needs Oversee and plan the management of the company communication system (telephone, voicemail, email) Prepare 1, 3 and 5-year technology plans for the site in conjunction with Company and EMCOR and strategic plans Maintain an IT asset management program Oversee and manage system troubleshooting, backups, archiving and disaster recovery and provide or procure necessary support Maintain and test Business Continuity Plan in accordance with EMCOR IT Policies and implement necessary changes as identified Ensure Compliance with EMCOR Records Retention Policies Establish and maintain relationships with IT vendors Negotiate contracts with IT vendors in coordination with EMCOR and Company CEO, and Executive Team Manage sensitive information to the highest level of confidentiality according to EMCOR IT and PSIP Policies Monitor compliance with established Company and EMCOR policies and procedures and implement necessary changes as identified Provide courteous, kind, and respectful customer support to all end users Respond to requests for technical assistance by phone, email, and/or using a help desk program. Performing both on-site and remote troubleshooting
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
To best meet the needs of our organization and customers, the right person will meet the following specifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, telecommunications or related field OR equivalent experience and training. Three (3) plus years of high-level and working knowledge of technology infrastructure and servers with progressive management expertise to effectively support and maintain an enterprise network Working knowledge of large desktop/laptop deployments including design, engineering and support of the desktop, desktop applications, desktop images, encryption, endpoint security and the associated systems of application delivery and group policies Storage and information security background in line with industry standards including general principals of standard security audits and certifications Demonstrate ability to develop and cultivate a dynamic and progressive and innovative technology environment Strong leadership and proactive communication abilities to manage the performance levels within the department to maintain excellent service and standards Skilled in conceptualizing, analyzing, developing and implementing creative solutions to enhance productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of operations, systems and procedures Strong process and project management skills Ability to organize, manage, analyze and interpret data Ability to provide vision and leadership Superior oral and written communication skills Personal integrity, emotional intelligence, professionalism and accountability Excellent interpersonal skills with employees at all levels of the organization to build trust and cooperation Dynamic, self-driven, proactive and decisive Adapts well to and initiates changes in the organization Understanding of and experience implementing IT internal controls and risk

WORK SCOPE
The IT Administrator will operate independently and exercise advanced discretion and judgement with both macro and micro level responsibilities. This is a hands-on role that includes oversite, investigation and resolution of end user support needs, customer service, infrastructure management including security, and recovery strategies and network administration, and strategic planning. The work scope will require the IT Administrator to be involved in internal service management, including coordination between EMCOR IT, outsourced IT, and internal clients. The IT Administrator is responsible for managing and keeping confidential, highly sensitive information.
