What do you contribute?

As Information Security Officer (f/m/d), you will act as a consultant to a business unit within Siemens Mobility regarding the implementation of security requirements. In doing so you will support resolution of security issues.Moreover, you will coordinate and drive SMO wide cybersecurity topics and align them with the central cybersecurity organization and with other Siemens businessesIn addition, you will identify, describe, quantify, and evaluate cybersecurity risks and opportunities.You will proactively address cybersecurity issues and report them to the respective stakeholdersYou will also support Information Security Management Systems based on ISO 27001.In the event of critical incidents or weaknesses in information security, you will support your business unit to initiate appropriate countermeasures.Furthermore, you will raise information security awareness by taking appropriate measures.


What do you bring along?

You bring in a completed master’s degree in information security, computer science or equivalent qualification.Furthermore, you have several years of professional experience in information security with sound knowledge in risk, vulnerability, and incident management and reporting.Ideally, you have already worked in engineering, R&D or administration/operation of IT/OT.In addition, you bring in a strong understanding of industry standards/regulations such as the ISO 27000-series, NIST, NIS2, etc.Relevant certifications are a plus (CISSP, CISA, CISM, TISP, ISO 27001 lead auditor, etc.).Next to this, mobility, and transport industries knowledge as well as project management skills are a plus.You are fluent both in German and English.
