Jack Henry is looking for a talented Data Analyst to join the Information & Cyber Security department. The individual will work under general supervision supporting various tasks within the Business Information Security Office. This position will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision making across the organization.  This individual will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting key metrics and reports that will drive operational efficiency.  The ideal candidate brings a good eye for processes, an attention to detail, and a high degree of professionalism in their communication. 

This position can be based to work out of any Jack Henry office or remotely from any US location. Salary range for this position is $62,500-105,000, depending on candidate experience and geographic location.

What you’ll be responsible for: 

Supports the metrics, analytics and reporting solutions of security systems, policies, and procedures to prevent system compromise or infiltration.Develop, implement, and maintain reporting dashboards, scorecards, and analytical results at the enterprise level and business unit level.  Optimize reporting from data collection systems and automate existing processes to improve efficiency and quality of data.Develop new information and cyber security metrics for data collection and analysis, partnering with necessary teams.Partner with necessary teams to map metrics to strategic objectives for providing insight into the effectives and efficiency of the Information & Cyber Security programs. Partner with necessary teams to develop metrics, KPIs, KRIs, to demonstrate coverage, remediation of effectiveness, and operational excellence.Accurately analyze and collect data from various data sources to create reports that provide insights into key data points.Effectively communicate the result of the reports to various levels of senior leadership.Work with departments and senior management to assess and evaluate reporting needs.Maintain data integrity and ongoing quality control of delivered reports.May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:

Minimum of 4 years of combined experience in any or all of the following: Data reporting, analytics, project coordination, program management, or project management. Professional experience using any of the following: PowerBI, SQL, PowerShell, Python, SharePoint, or Tableau.Must have demonstrated experience in data analytics including data management, data analysis and information systems.Experience working with information technology or cybersecurity teams.Ability to travel up to 5% to attend meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.

What would be nice for you to have: 

Bachelor’s degree. Knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of information security as it applies to and impacts the organization.Project-based work and familiarity with project coordination and program evaluation.Analytical skills that allow for the development of data driven reports.Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent critical thinking skills.Leadership, organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills.
