Infor M3 Finance Consultant
Position Description:

To succeed in the role of M3 Finance Consultant, you must have an experience with Infor M3 Finance module and has a clear understanding of the financial processes associated with Infor M3 business logic.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

In this role, you will play a key role in the implementation and support of the INFOR M3 Finance Module:

• Participate in the global support rotation by troubleshooting and analyzing the issues raised by the customers.
• Advise our customers on the implementation, optimization and further development of INFOR M3 Finance processes.
• Collaborate with different departments and stakeholders to capture requirements and develop customized solutions.
• Analyze existing business processes to increase efficiency, optimize costs and improve competitiveness.
• Conduct workshops and training for end users and key users to ensure the successful implementation of the ERP systems.
• Documentation of system architectures, processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals and project managers to achieve project goals and timelines.
• Conduct training and knowledge exchange between colleagues.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Preferably with hands-on experience of the following:

• Experience in M3 General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Account Receivable and Fixed Assets is required.
• Strong experience in M3 Taxation, VAT.
• Strong experience in M3 Cost Accounting.
• Strong experience in M3 Intercompany posting (MUC).
• Experience with Product Costing/WIP reconciliation and valuation.
• Experience in implementing or supporting M3 Finance products and related modules is highly desired.
• Experience with accounting rules and integration with other 3rd party products.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus.
• Must be flexible and willing to work in varying shifts as well as on call hours.
• Must be amenable to working onsite 2-3 days a week in McKinley, Taguig.
