Infor CloudSuite Systems Analyst

We currently have a need for a driven Infor CloudSuite Systems Analyst to focus on supporting our Infor CloudSuite System. This crucial role collaborates with the Director of Administrative Systems, corporate and property-based IT team members, Xanterra’s management team, and the User Community to provide overall support and technology product ownership for Infor’s CloudSuite systems. The position is heavily involved with planning, design, training, and on-going support of Infor’s CloudSuite solution and related applications, as well as other duties assigned by the Director of Administrative Systems. Responsibilities Lead the design, support, and administration of the corporate and property-based Infor CloudSuite Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Integrations and correlating systems that support the company’s Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain activities. Work with the Director of Administrative Systems and others within Xanterra Information Technology management on the design, planning and implementation of all aspects of technology involving the Enterprise Business Solution systems throughout Xanterra. Serves as a liaison and project management counterpart while working with application software vendors and other internal/external partners used by the organization and identified as core business partners and software providers. While working with the application software vendors, this individual is responsible for functionality analysis, specification and software design and documentation on needs/requirements requested in future releases of the product. Works with the Director of Administrative Systems to develop Infor Process Automation (IPA) and ION workflows to satisfy business needs. Works in conjunction with IT Leadership to formulate implementation plans and schedules that meet the requirements of business units, property level organizations, and the corporate management team. Works in conjunction with IT Leadership to formulate technology and related standards to be used by all business units and assist in verifying that all standards are followed. Creates and maintains needed system and user documentation for systems installed, supported, trained and administered by the Xanterra Information Technology team. Supports end user training activities in conjunction with training resources. Lead in the patching of environments supported by the Administrative Systems Team to address updates as well as security vulnerabilities identified by the Infrastructure & Security team. Responsible for working with the Director of Administrative Systems on any PCI, PII, or other information security requirements for Xanterra. Provide support and assistance to the Xanterra Incident Response Team as needed and requested. Serves in an on-call capacity for after-hours/non-business hours support if necessary. OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: May need to assist in hardware maintenance on other application servers, arrays, SAN, and other equipment. Qualifications 7+ years of related IT experience. 5+ years’ experience in any ERP; and at least 2 years of Infor CloudSuite 4+ years of experience participating on project teams Experience in the design and development of integrations using IPA and ION Experience with Infor EPM Demonstrated project management skills Ability to participate on a cross-functional implementation team to complete a long-term full ERP implementation cycle project Strong analytical ability, judgment and problem analysis techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and must have the ability to work successfully on a team PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with the following applications: Infor CloudSuite/Lawson, Infor EAM, UKG, Infor Document Management, and Infor EPM. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology. Significant work experience can substitute for formal education. Background in Back Office IT systems. Business Analyst experience. Experience developing Infor CloudSuite BOD’s and process flows using development tools Infor Process Automation and ION. Microsoft SQL Server skills. Solid understanding of Infor CloudSuite Supply Chain, Finance, and Human Resources module functions. Experience administrating Infor CloudSuite and Lawson Payroll. COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $120,000.00 to $130,000.00.
