The Influencer Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in leading the execution of the global influencer strategy in the US. This individual will work closely to build out a strategic partnership plan with key ambassadors in the US, which will be used across multiple campaigns throughout the year. Along with building out the partnership plan, this individual will also be responsible for handling those relationships and ensuring all deliverables are met. This role will drive campaign execution which could be inclusive of event activation and oversite, creation and management of content, influencer seeding and engagement, social strategy, and execution as it relates to influencers, and performance and reporting.

What You'll Bring to the Table BS or BA in business, marketing or related field, MBA preferred Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience working with a lifestyle brand preferred Strong understanding of the influencer streetwear, fashion, brand space as it relates to exclusive drops, product launches, and collaborations Strong background in content, e-commerce and digital marketing preferred Outstanding organizational and communication skills Experience with and understanding of content marketing strategy, willingness to test a variety of content tactics to connect with Crocs core consumers Cross-functional team experience with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment; can optimally handle their own time and operates with a sense of self-sufficiency and urgency; with the ability to foster and promote a collaborative environmentThe Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
