Industrialization Project Engineer

Job Description
A Semiconductor company in San Diego, CA is looking for an Industrialization Project Engineer to join their team. This person will work closely with the Industrialization Project Lead and Upgrade, Sequence, Availability, Diagnostics architects to create and deliver the work instructions (Sequence, BOM-BOP and tooling) for Upgrades, Installs and Service Actions that are integrated, qualified and released to internal and external customers. Core responsibilities are to interface with a variety of subject matter experts to compile information and generate effective work instructions to be sent to the customer service team. This person will strive to maximize synergy between Upgrades, Installs and Service by maintaining commonality of the sequences and other work instruction deliverables. Other duties include:
Assists in collecting data, performing data analysis, summarizing results, and preparing presentation of results for review
Proactively aligns and solicits technical input from multiple SMEs as needed to build concise, optimized and safe work instructions of new sequences.
Regularly participates and presents information in various stakeholder management meetings
PR: $40-50/hour

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Physics, Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Data Analytics or any other applicable STEM degree
1-2 years of experience interfacing with multiple internal stakeholders at a company with high-tech machinery
1-2 years of coordination and presentation experience
Proficient with the MS office suite (Excel, MS project, etc.)
Strong communication and being detail-oriented are paramount Experience writing work instructions or standard operating procedures
Semiconductor or aerospace industry experience
Masters degree null
