**Job Title: Industrial Painter** **Job Description** Candidates will be working in the painting department of a manufacturing plant. They will be using polyurethane and polyethylene paints and employing a two-coat poly painting system utilizing spray guns. **Responsibilities** + Apply polyurethane and polyethylene paints using spray guns. + Utilize a two-coat poly painting system to ensure high-quality finishes. + Prepare surfaces for painting, ensuring proper adhesion and finish. + Maintain and clean painting equipment to ensure optimal performance. + Adhere to safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. **Essential Skills** + Experience with industrial painting techniques. + Proficiency in using spray guns and other painting equipment. + Knowledge of polyurethane and polyethylene paints. + At least 3 years of experience in industrial painting. + Strong team mindset and ability to work well with others. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + No certifications required. + Ability to perform paint preparation tasks efficiently. **Why Work Here?** We offer a collaborative work environment where team members support each other to achieve common goals.
