Ingredion is currently recruiting for the position of licensed 433A/Red Seal Journeyman Millwright. Assumes overall responsibility for performing maintenance functions, including equipment installation and repairs, new construction, service, preventative maintenance, equipment startup, and testing, renovating and restoring, troubleshooting equipment, etc.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (on-call and overtime availability)

Salary: CAD 45.47 (with the opportunity after 9 months to upgrade your salary, potentially to CAD 50. 28)

As a Millwright (433A/Red Seal Journeyman), your responsibilities will include:

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facilities equipment and machinery utilizing mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and instrumentation skill sets.Repairing/replacement of fixtures, agitators, pumps, motors, and corn-handling equipmentPerforms related duties, including minor duties of other trades where certification is not required, and the work does not exceed its own limitations. Is a safety advocate; leads by example by complying with all plant and Occupational Health and Safety policies.Must have CMMS experience (SAP)Maintain the work area and physical environment neat, clean, and orderly (5S).Perform any other duties as required.Ability to work as a member of a team with minimal supervision.

Qualified candidates will have:

Certificate of Qualification licensed Industrial Millwright/Mechanic (433A/Red Seal Journeyman required)In good standing with the College of Trades1 year of experience in an industrial environment maintaining mechanical/electrical equipment.Welding with stick/tig would be an assetPipefitting would be an assetElectrical troubling shootingDemonstrated troubleshooting capabilitiesAbility to work with and interpret data and drawingsAbility to work with varying physical demands, including extreme posture, temperature, and height.Good verbal and written communication skills
