**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance, with a strong focus on troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance. This role involves working with PLCs, VFDs, 3-phase systems, and 480-volt systems. Candidates should also be proficient in reading blueprints, performing teardown and repair, and following lock-out/tag-out procedures. **Responsibilities** + Perform electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on systems including PLCs, VFDs, 3-phase, and 480-volt circuits. + Conduct mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on hydraulics, pneumatics, combustion systems, and gas/valves. + Read and interpret blueprints to perform teardown and repair tasks. + Execute lock-out/tag-out procedures to ensure safety during maintenance activities. + Utilize multi-meters and other diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues. + Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance of machinery and equipment. + Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge as needed. **Essential Skills** + Electrical troubleshooting and repair + Mechanical troubleshooting and repair + Preventative maintenance + Experience with PLCs, VFDs, 3-phase systems, and 480-volt circuits + Proficiency in reading blueprints + Knowledge of lock-out/tag-out procedures + Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, combustion systems, and gas/valves **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Welding and cutting experience + Experience performing maintenance on overhead cranes **Why Work Here?** This is a direct placement opportunity with a very reputable company in the area. Employees work 4 weekends in a row with weekdays off, followed by 4 straight weekends off.
