Our client, a prominent manufacturing and distribution company, is seeking to hire an Industrial Maintenance Technician for their Santa Paula, CA location. This role involves performing preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures.

Responsibilities

Maintain equipment and PM maintenance logs and documentation in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures guidelines.Inspect drives, motors, fluid levels, filters, and other components, performing maintenance actions as required.Calibrate and adjust machinery settings to achieve precise glass dimensions and quality standards.Assist in the installation of new glass fabrication machinery and collaborate with vendors and engineers during the commissioning process.Monitor and adjust equipment to ensure optimum performance.Perform minor general repairs of factory equipment as assigned and required.Conduct normal labor and clean-up tasks as needed and perform other non-maintenance related activities as assigned.Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and health procedures and regulations.Work closely with maintenance and operations personnel to achieve production goals and objectives.

Job Requirements/Certifications

In-depth knowledge and skills in industrial equipment and repairs.Ability to install, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, align, test, and maintain equipment.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, diagrams, and instructions for the assembly, installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment.Effective communication skills with engineering, operations, and support groups.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$27.00 to $32.00 /hrMonday to Friday8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
