Industrial Maintenance Electrician
Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Electrician

ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair circuit boards, DC motors, drive packages, ABB switches, and PLCs.Replace old drives with digital versions.Troubleshoot 480V 3 Phase on industrial cranes, steel slitters, coating machines, and conveyor lines.Maintain and inspect secondary equipment including pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, conveyors, pumps, gears, gearboxes, bearings, and cylinders.Regularly inspect and record the condition of electrical equipment such as cranes, motors, generators, control panels, switches, and circuit panels.Use electrical test equipment, drawings, blueprints, and schematics to install new equipment or diagnose problems with inoperative equipment.Possess Arc Flash experience.Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality control during emergency breakdowns to restore operations.Perform maintenance on forklifts, including changing wheels, greasing parts, and adjusting forks.Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.Install or relocate machines around the plant.Essential SkillsMinimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.Ability to electrically troubleshoot industrial equipment.Proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs.Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.Comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet, including on overhead cranes.Possess personal tools; specialty tools will be provided.Work Environment

This is a union environment with direct hire opportunities. The pay is $37.82 per hour. Candidates may be required to work on day shifts initially and should expect to work 5 to 6 days a week, with ample overtime opportunities available. Overtime is paid at 1.5x after 8 hours daily and all day on Saturday, with double time after 12 hours daily, or on the 7th consecutive day worked.
