You will maintain equipment like welders and cranes, apply preventative measures, and identify safety hazards. Strong skills in plumbing, electrical wiring, carpentry, and equipment maintenance are essential, along with attention to detail and physical stamina. Responsibilities:Perform ongoing facility maintenance, repairing windows, doors, walls, and other structural damage.Fix plumbing issues to prevent water damage and ensure proper fixture function.Address electrical problems, including shortages and severed wiring.Maintain and repair shop equipment and machinery, including welders, cranes, press brakes, and saws.Oversee HVAC system maintenance, apply risk-reduction measures, and address safety hazards.Qualifications and Requirements:Skilled in addressing leaks, clogs, electrical failures, and basic carpentry tasks like repairs to doors, windows, and woodwork.Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical components for maintaining and troubleshooting facility machinery.Must be able to pass pre-employment screeningsCapable of handling physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and managing tools and equipment.Effective communicator with excellent customer service skills to interact positively with residents and building occupants.Benefits and Perks: $23.00-$28.00 hourlyMedical Benefits HolidaysTraining & Growth Your New Organization:The largest steel tank manufacturer in the U.S., specializing in aboveground and underground tanks that meet construction standards.
