MBS Solutions is currently looking for reliable candidates for an Industrial Laborer position with a company in Erie, PA.  This is a 1st shift position with a pay rate of $15/hour.   

Industrial Laborer

Pay Rate: $15/hour
Shift: 1st 5am-3:30pm or 7am-5:30pm Monday through Friday.  10 hours of overtime

Screening Process: name and resume submittal to the company.  Candidate must be open to a criminal background check. 

Summary
Candidates need the manual hand dexterity to use tools and factory machines, the physical strength to lift and move heavy materials, and the stamina to remain on their feet for most of their shift. Time management is helpful in organizing work and finishing it on schedule, because laborers may have to complete several tasks in one shift. Because they work in teams under supervisors, laborers also need good soft skills.
Work must be completed to the job specifications; scrapping must be avoided.

Finish work on machined parts Grinding machined parts  Sanding machined parts  Machine Operation Quality checks--bong testing  Must be able to follow specific instructions Use of hand grinders and grinding wheels and other factory machines  Loading and unloading machines Packaging parts   Must be able to stand for long periods of time
