Responsibilities:

Assist with process optimization and improvement initiatives Participate in production planning and analysis Conduct time and motion studies Assist with the design and implementation of workstations Support the development and implementation of lean manufacturing practices Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

Recently graduated a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering No prior experience required. High analytical skills Willingness to learn and work in a team
