The Global Partner & Operational Support group is an organization within our servicing network that is responsible for managing 3rd party vendors as an extension of our servicing network. GPOS is passionate about driving the world’s best customer experience and enabling business growth through strategic partnerships at the right margins with steadfast risk and control standards. The Partner Systems Integration & Management Industrial Engineer, within Central Infrastructure, will support capability, technology, and configuration initiatives with thought leadership, strategic thinking, and strong analytical skills to identify and deliver solutions. You will collaborate with internal groups and third-party teams to support optimization, strategy, and execution while ensuring adherence to Third Party Life Cycle management requirements. Critical to the role is intellectual curiosity, a proactive nature, attention to detail, comfort with data & financials, and strong work ethic. This includes, but is not limited to: * Driving process innovation and transformation to improve customer experience, regulatory adherence, and expenses * Develop recommendations for automation and process improvement solutions * Process flow documentation, analysis/design and improvement opportunities * Design key metrics & tracking tools for improved project performance and analysis * Provide PMO and Project Management support for initiatives from conception to stabilization * Use data and journey analysis to influence stakeholders on customer and agent experience improvements that will drive results * Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners to deliver project support & tracking **Minimum Qualifications:** * Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent degree/experience is require * Adept at problem solving and quantitative analysis using superior analytical skills * Demonstrated experience in project management, continuous process improvement, and data analysis * Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, Confluence a plus * Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with business leadership and peers in a clear, effective, and consistent manner * Enthusiastic and creative individual committed to delivering results within aligned timeframes * Ability to manage projects and initiatives to completion * Strong ability to collaborate across a variety of groups with diverse interests * Ability to work under time pressure and meet aggressive deadlines **Qualifications** Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
