Hexcel is currently seeking an Industrial Engineer for our Casablanca, Morocco location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

Ensure production area processes are running respecting EHS rules and improve themMonitors operations with an eye toward improving productivity and efficiencyDesigns efficient production processes and workflows, and ensures that processes are designed to ensure that products meet quality standardsReduces waste, addresses production issues, and reviews production schedules, processes, and specificationsEvaluates data to implement technological improvements in production processesImplements controls to monitor costs and minimize production issuesWorks with other departments to develop and design production standards, and generates process documentation and reportsPrepares production KPI analysis and develop/follow action plansWith the engineering department review plant layout to ensure optimized flow in the production work cellHelps to develop instruction manuals for production personnel, and support on training, coaching, and developing them

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in similar rolesAdvanced knowledge of production machinery, processes and standardsCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and presentation abilitiesTroubleshooting expertise and attention to detailGood knowledge of lean manufacturing and operational excellenceEngineering degree
