Job Title: Industrial EngineerJob Description We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to conduct detailed time studies, identify and eliminate waste, and develop strategies to enhance manufacturing processes. You will support the Manufacturing Engineering team with the integration of ERP systems, ensuring optimal use of resources and time. Responsibilities + Conduct detailed time studies to analyze and improve production processes. + Identify and eliminate waste in all forms (time, materials, labor). + Develop and implement strategies to enhance manufacturing processes. + Support the Manufacturing Engineering team with the integration of ERP systems. Essential Skills + Industrial engineering + Process improvement + Time studies + Manufacturing process + ERP systems + Continuous improvement Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with ERP Systems in a manufacturing environment + Experience with design software such as Solidworks and AutoCAD Work Environment The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.66 - $38.47 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
