Description:Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment team to administer control and accountability of all IMRL equipment assigned to maintain F-35 Operations at our Ebbing ANGB, Ft Smith Arkansas, Nevada.

Program Analyst responsibilities include:
- Continual accountability of company, government, or associate contractor assets in accordance with applicable local policy or government regulations.

- Maintains equipment records and determines condition and arranges shipment of equipment requiring calibration or overhaul

- Document equipment status, or location in ALIS

- Conducts equipment audits, develops, recommends, and implements equipment administration policies.

- Provides guidance on company policy and government regulations pertaining to property accountability.

- Prepares periodic and reports relative to equipment as required by management or government

- The position will require the ability to work first (1st), second (2nd), or third (3rd) shift(s). Candidates should expect to depart on temporary duty assignments with short notice, dependent on customer needs. This may include certain military required health screenings and immunizations.

- Position may also require extended work hours.

- Candidate must be able to acquire and keep a flight line driver's competency card.

Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to lift up to 35 pounds and perform repetitive movements, work overhead, use hands to grasp, handle, and/or feel, reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, and twist

*Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and an Interim clearance prior to start and must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance through out the duration.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience as Individual Material Readiness List (IRML) Program Analyst or CACRL Custodian Authorization Custody Receipt Listing Custodian
- Supply chain management experience
- Working knowledge of ALIS
- Experience preparing and shipping equipment
- Knowledge of Safety, Tool Control, Foreign Object damage (FOD), Supply, Hazardous Material (HAZMAT), Quality, and Security programs.
- Qualified on Lightning II Support Equipment Management Systems (LSEMS) use
Desired Skills:
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Forklift certified
• Ability to prepare and ship material
• Knowledge of DOD supply and transportation practices.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Standard Monday to Friday 40 hour work week
