Could you be the full-time Indirect Buyer with English in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Daniela Pintican (Cluster Team Lead), and work alongside fun, motivated, and dedicated teammate.
You'll manage procurement operations for Indirect Materials and Services in a geographical scope in line with commodity objectives and support supplier panel relationship (negotiation, specific agreement, local supplier performances). Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Commodity Management, Regional Procurement Director, Site buyers, Requesters, and their management), consolidating the commodity needs, and much more.
You’ll specifically set up full supplier selection process and support the deployment of commodity strategies, while ensuring that purchased goods and services are both cost-efficient and of high quality.
We’ll look to you for:
Prepare and launch of Request for Quotation Promote and support new buying channel implementation as per ramp-up objectives Coordinate with Project teams Vendor selection / Evaluation / Negotiation of contract / Business case preparation and follow DOA (Delegation of Authority) approval flow Vendor onboarding until panel validation Closely working with Commodity manager team and tactical buyers on site in high value project requirement and upfront activities (tenders for catalog / framework agreements, identification of preferred suppliers) Generate innovative ideas for increased process efficiency & reduction in cost

Degree level qualification Good knowledge of Indirect procurement (goods & services) Experience in a relevant position Experience with ERP systems (SAP & SAP ARIBA are an advantage) Fluency in English Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, willingness to take initiative, autonomy Good communication, collaboration and analytical skills Ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment
