IND Sr. Specialist II - HR
_Key Responsibilities_ + _Overseeing processing of payroll for North America accurately and on time._ + _Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations._ + _Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly._ + _Maintain and update payroll records and employee information._ + _Collaborate with HR, finance teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy._ + _Assist in payroll audits and provide necessary documentation._ + _Demonstrating ownership for assigned processes and projects tasks, prioritizing work independently to deliver to deadlines and quality standards with limited supervision._ + _Analysing information and identify trends to solve discrepancies, conduct audits and quality checks for assigned tasks / reports / peer review quality checks._ + _Taking initiative for reviewing and suggesting improvements for the team’s daily work, processes and procedures._ + _Organizing and leading meetings and calls independently or with very limited supervision._ + _Working on continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures._ _Qualifications_ + _Bachelor’s degree_ + _Minimum of 5-7 years of payroll processing experience for North American clients._ + _Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations in North America._ + _Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite._ + _Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills._ + _Strong attention to detail and accuracy._ + _Ability to work effectively in a team environment._ + _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills._ We offer you a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization. **DISCLAIMER:** Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities of this job to other entities; including but not limited to subsidiaries, partners, or purchasers of Alight business units. .
