Key Responsibilities
Overseeing processing of payroll for North America accurately and on time.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations.Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.Maintain and update payroll records and employee information.Collaborate with HR, finance teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Assist in payroll audits and provide necessary documentation.Demonstrating ownership for assigned processes and projects tasks, prioritizing work independently to deliver to deadlines and quality standards with limited supervision.Analysing information and identify trends to solve discrepancies, conduct audits and quality checks for assigned tasks / reports / peer review quality checks.Taking initiative for reviewing and suggesting improvements for the team’s daily work, processes and procedures.Organizing and leading meetings and calls independently or with very limited supervision.Working on continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degreeMinimum of 5-7 years of payroll processing experience for North American clients.Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations in North America.Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.We offer you a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
