About Team:
Our team collaborates with Walmart International, which has over 5,900 retail units operating outside of the United States under 55 banners in 26 countries including Africa, Argentina, Canada, Central America, Chile, China, India, Japan, and Mexico, to name a few.
What you'll do:
As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll be responsible to drive planning and execution of critical programs and initiatives for all international markets. You’ll be expected to provide technical leadership and oversight for cross functional teams (Engineering, Product and Program Managers). AS a TPM, you’ll define goals, objectives and timelines and communicate program status (Risks and issues) to all stakeholders of the initiative.
Technical Skills :
Understands architectural paradigms, design patterns and software assetsUnderstand and track technical issues and find solutions for program problems as they ariseOrganization skills:
Able to use organization skills to manage multiple facets of a large-scale project and track progress for several programs at onceAble to manage and communicate with multiple stakeholders (internal and external)Core Program Management skills:

An Engineering Degree - B.E/B.Tech/MS in any stream – Computer Science preferred.7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry.10+ years of relevant work experience in software applications environment and significant managerial experience.Experience building processes, project management, and complex program schedules.Strong project management & cross-group collaboration skillsPrior experience with implementing and driving initiatives using agile methodologiesSolid understanding of the current web technologies and general ability to ramp up and go deep in based on need. Exposure to retail technology would be preferred.Think creatively and critically about architecture, and capabilities with innate curiosity and ability to self- start in an ambiguous and rapidly-changing environmentGood problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.About Walmart Global Tech
