Incoming Team - Administration role
Full-Time position in the QA Department Incoming Team GYÖNGYÖS, Heves, Hungary
The next step in P&G’s QA journey is to deliver the Company’s integrated growth strategy and achieve superiority with consumers. More than ever, business growth and efficiency are important also with our suppliers. QA team working on better communication flow between the Site and the external parties to improve their capabilities.
Incoming Administrator:
Understand specifications of raw materials, Undestand Standard system (Enovia)Contribute small projects or parts of big projects relevant for incoming materials, ensure timely execution material inspection plans and certificate of analyses in good qualityTrack complaints accross the Sites and make sure that information arrives to the SupplierKnows fundamental processes of material release, new material quality reportIn case of material system failures provide the first level of support, gather data on the floor, troubleshoot and/or understand the issues on the floorCollaborate with system owners of the other plants, share and reapply knowledge and solutionsTrain new comers, retrain in case of new versions, updates of standards are comingWe offer:

General IT and OT equipment and system knowledgeFluency of communication in English and Hungarian (written&spoken)Studies: min. technical college/high schoolLeadership skill: Lead projects, programs in multifunctional teamsAble to work either in a team or alone effectively, with precise, fast, and flexible executionStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong priority setting and disciplineHas a positive attitude towards challenges and changesIs flexible and able to work against prioritiesGreat ability to work in a team and eagerness to learnExcellent communication skillsMS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) at an intermediate level is preferredIdeally previous experience of working in an IT or OT support positionThe ideal start of work is as soon as possibleJob Schedule
