Incentives Controller

We are now looking for an Incentives Controller, to join Nissan's newest RBU (Belgium, Denmark, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden).

How can you contribute and have an impact?
 

As an Incentives Controller you will be a part of the Marketing Planning team, controlling the incentives process and providing support to the Marketing and Sales teams for the monitoring and operation of incentives: 

Process incentive claims and payment batches, manually or through the Incentive Management System (IMS2) in accordance with operating rulesAct as a contact point and support dealers in dedicated markets with all incentive-related itemsPrepare requested material (reports and analyses) for ongoing monitoring of incentives payments in progress to support efficient payment flow and quarterly campaign processAttend campaign planning meetings for dedicated markets, check campaign offers with Country Marketing Managers, draft and proof read Campaign PacksEnsure incentive offers input to the Incentive Management System correctly and in timeConduct internal audits proactively and on request to confirm eligibility of all paymentsSupport dealer audits conducted by an external service providerProvide support on process planning and improvement for key areas such as SDOA (sales supports), financial reporting, campaign planning etc.Act as a backup for incentives system analyst on IMS set-up and payments, credit note production and system development tasksSupport internal and dealer training on Incentives area and support the Marketing Planning team
 

What are we looking for:

Business & Strategic Planning and Country Market Knowledge (local expertise)Higher education at Bachelors’ level within relevant subject or equivalent experience Good computer skills; especially in Excel, knowledge of MS Access is an advantage Cross functional mindsetData driven decision makerFlexible, open-minded personalityGood communication skills
