Your Key Impact Areas:
Lead the First Line of Communication
Be the first point of contact for potential clients interested in Motorola Solutions products, or services.
Handle incoming inquiries with expertise and transform them into valuable opportunities
Build strong relationships through consultative conversations in German and English
Drive the Sales Pipeline
Identify and qualify high-potential sales opportunities using proven qualification criteria
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads
Utilize Salesforce and Outreach tools to track and nurture leads effectively
Become a Solutions Expert
Master our portfolio of video security and access control solutions
Provide tailored product recommendations based on client needs
Stay current with industry trends and product developments to offer cutting-edge solutions
Cultivate Customer Relationships
Guide prospects through their discovery journey with consultative selling approaches
Create personalized follow-up strategies using email marketing and sales literature
Build long-term partnerships through exceptional communication and problem-solving
Basic Requirements
What Sets You Up for Success:
Native/fluent German and English communication skills
1+ years of inside sales experience (preferred)
Experience with Salesforce.com and Outreach tools is advantageous
Strong multitasking abilities and system navigation skills
Passion for technology and public safety solutions
