Job Description

Minimum 12 months of Sales Experience

Must have excellent command over English LanguageDedicated to High Quality experience for customersAbility to identify stated and unstated customer needsBeing a travel consultant and help customers with their booking needsManage financial transactions and processing paymentsProviding recommendations to customersResponding to customers inquiriesKnowledge of customer and market requirementsAdvertise current offers to customersAlert management of potential security issues or client complaintsResolve customer complaints and issuesConsultative assistance to customerAdhere to timelines schedules
