With the continued growth of our Fulfillment Center in Reno, NV, we have some exciting employment opportunities. Come experience all that we offer and Thrive along with us!  We currently have openings for Inbound Receive Specialists to join our amazing team, working in our Fresh & Frozen department! In this role, you'll be on the front lines contributing to awesome member experiences! That same experience applies to co-workers, the community, and our vendors. 
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 5:30am-4:00pmRESPONSIBILIITESAssist in the Receiving area by unloading freight, breaking down pallets, separating items, inspect, audit, scan and stow away with safety, care, and speed. Confirm product integrity, checking for overages, shortages, or damageMust be willing to work in a cold / freezer work environmentMust be comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -10 degrees to 40 degrees Fahrenheit and outside ambient temperatures (including heat and cold)Perform other duties as assigned with the flexibility to rotate to other departments and work extended hours, as necessaryVerify the accuracy of incoming shipments by comparing items and quantities unloaded against bills of lading, invoices, manifests, storage receipts, or other recordsQUALIFICATIONSMust be at least 18 years of agePrior logistics, fulfillment and/or industry experience (preferred)High attention to detail and accuracy required.Must be able to count and compute math.Experience with computers, especially MS OfficeHonest with a high level of integrityAble to stand and walk for extended periods of time, frequently reaching with hands and arms, twisting, bending, stooping, squatting, lifting and carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50lbs.Experience with hand-held scanners (preferred)Verifying the correctness of incoming shipments by comparing items and quantities unloaded against bills of lading, invoices, manifests, storage receipts, or other records.Confirming product integrity, checking for overages, shortages, or damage.Not prone to making clerical mistakesHigh accuracy rate with alpha-numeric sequencesDedicated to quality and high standardsUnderstanding the importance of accuracy and the potential financial implication it could have on the company.Must be cross-functional into other areas within the department as needed.Ability to read and understand production and shipping documentsSupportive of values following policies and proceduresPositive, ambitious, energetic, hardworking with a strong work ethicExceptional communication who is well organized and has an eye for detailMotivated, reliable, and a self-starter who can work independently or with a teamBELONG TO A BETTER COMPANYComprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and disability)Competitive pay + equityMultiple work schedules availableOpportunities for advancement.
