Inbound Logistic Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY:

This role is focused on guaranteeing the Raw Materials products from any Bunge Nationwide of tolling partner facilities always working on efficiency, service and cost.

 

CORE FUNCTIONS:

Guarantee the delivery of Raw Material products to our tolling partners on time in full.   Elaborate Raw material delivery program according to the production plan. Create purchase orders and generate all shipments for the monthly program. Share with our tolling partners and freight carriers the weekly program and ensure transport availability for our weekly demand. Generate and share with the tolling partners all the internal documentation for every shipment. Follow up on the daily delivery process, transit and delivery with our third-party carriers and manufacturing partners. Coordinate with customs compliance all the import processes from the origin to the destination. Review all the inbound invoices received from our carriers according to a pre-approved rate. Manage and control of all the invoices generated for the inbound operation, including shipment cost accrual assignment on SAP. Ensuring the three-way match (SAP delivery, POD (proof of delivery), freight rate contract) Follow up on the maintenance program that our carriers give to the fleet assigned to Bunge. Food Safety Responsible for bulk tanks and dry vans, assigned to Bunge Inbound operation. Responsible for notifying and giving first response to all possible complaints or non-conformities derived from the transport, unloading or documentation in manufacturing partner’s facilities.

 

Responsible for collecting, checking and file all the Proofs of delivery for all the inbound

Key Relationships, Stakeholders & Interfaces (External & Internal):

External: Third Party Carriers, Tolling Partners

Internal: Supply Chain, Customs compliance, Contract management.

 

Education/Experience

At least 3 years’ experience in logistics and distribution. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, transport engineering, administration or others. Desirable Technical knowledge in transportation of food products and liquids Transport and distribution planning all over Mexico. SAP and excel knowledge.

 

SCHEDULE:

Monday to Saturday remote availability on weekends.  Availability to travel or address change.
