Key Details about the role:

Early and Mid-September start dates

Pay Rate $55,000 annualised salary + Super + Incentives

Full Time (38 hours per week)

Part Time (30 hours per week) - 4 days a week

Monday to Friday 7am - 6pm - Rotating roster

Brisbane CBD Location - Across the road from Central Station, make the most of the 50c fares!

Paid training provided - continued support and coaching leading to growth towards promotion opportunities.

Role Duties:

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide a refreshing and positive experience with each interaction. Use your problem-solving skills to deliver the best outcomes for our customers.

Who are you?

Must be an Australian Citizen and at least 18 years of age

Confident and capable in using computers and systems 

Passionate about customer service

Keen to learn new skills and refine existing ones
