You will also showcase your expertise by deploying and leading projects to improve and sustain local business performance.The work model for the role is: #Li-OnSiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Area in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tExecuting continuous improvement and strategy deployment and working with the core team to standardize processes and develop best practices.•\tWorking in cross-functional teams to execute the strategy and escalate as necessary to remove roadblocks.•\tIdentifying key team members in each function to support projects within the location and encourage key individuals to develop their skills.•\tMentoring and coaching continuous improvement candidates and developing a pipeline of team members able to drive business results.•\tUnderstanding the organization’s vision, objectives and needs, and suggesting projects, actions and tools to achieve them.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical engineering.\t2 years of experience in a related Continuous improvement function\tEnglish fluency: Able to lead technical and leadership discussions in English.\tProficient in Microsoft Office.\tLean Manufacturing Focus.\tDemonstrated ability in analyzing and solving problems.\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\tExperience in Autocad software.\tExperience in cost reduction project execution.\tUnderstanding on ISO9001 or any other quality system.\tUnderstanding Power BI and SAP system.
