Responsibilities:
• Analytics and Reporting: Delivering HR reports and dashboards, Develop and implement HR analytics predictive modeling and trend analysis, to support HR initiatives.
• Power BI Expertise: Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into HR metrics and trends.
• Leadership Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports to senior leadership, highlighting key findings and strategic recommendations.
• Dashboard Development: Create and maintain HR dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver reports
• Compliance: Ensure all HR analytics activities comply with relevant data privacy and security regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest HR analytics trends and technologies to continuously improve the analytics function.
Mandatory skill sets: • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR analytics, with proficiency in data visualization tools & tech.
• Understands end to end HR life cycle (Hire to Retire)
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and DB language i.e. SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrate strong project management skills.
