Job Description

Regular:

1.Maintain the uptime of testing equipment, including Functional Testers(CCS-
SzP&AnP), Flash Testers, In-Circuit Testers (ICT), Intermediate test (IMT) stations,
AOI and FOI
2.Maintain PDCA for Testing and Inspection process.
3.Shopfloor shift management for testing and inspection pool in rotational shift support
4.Elimination of repeated problem in testing and Inspection process.
5.Implementation of best Practice and Process Improvement.
6.Quickly identify part failure issues in testers, conduct in-depth investigations into
tester cards failures, contact pin issues and wire harness problems..
7.Leading discussions with process Owner and CoC for non-solving problem
8.Take responsibility for spare parts management, ensuring availability and readiness
Manage obsolete spares efficiently.
9.Participate in design reviews, providing input on testability and reliability aspects.
10.Working on the Modification or Improvement of the tester performance.
11.Coaching a team for DLR management and SysCIP

12.Skill development for respective team

Periodic:

1. Evaluate and integrate new automated testing tools/jig and methodologies.
2.Analyze test results and provide feedback to process owners and product
development team.
2. Co-ordination with Process owner for improvement activities
3. Quick Adaption of Change Management.
4. Create Machine FMEA and review. Change potential points into CBM.
5. Knowledge transfer and Lessons Learned deployment across the team members.
6. RPP measure implementation for productivity and process improvements (e.g.
Tool life extension, Tool/Spare parts localization )
7. Proactive identification of potential quality risks / Breakdown and containment /
correction work on Predictive action

Occasional:

1. Implementation of Digital systems in Maintenance like i4.0 solutions,
AI/ML,BOT,RPA,Predictive Maintenance, etc.

 

Qualifications

BE or Diploma in E&E/ E&C / Mechatronics with 6 to 10 Years of experience in Testing breakdown maintenance worked in Electronic manufacturing industries
