In-house Lawyer

In this position, you will be responsible for providing legal support in the areas of employment law, contract law and data protection law and corporate law.

You will work closely with various departments and international teams and contribute to successfully mastering legal challenges. The ideal candidate will have strong legal knowledge, a proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.

Completed law studies and qualification as a lawyer or legal advisor.Extensive professional experience in the areas of labor law, contract law, data protection law and corporate law as in-house lawyer.Fluency in written and spoken English and Polish is essential; knowledge of German is an advantage.Very good communication and negotiation skills as well as the ability to present complex legal issues in an understandable way.Ability to work independently and in a team in an international environment.Interest in working in a dynamic, multinational company.

   Labor law:

 Advicing in the area of Polish labor and employment law, in particular on issues such as dismissals, working time regulations and employment law in an international context.Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, works agreements, employment regulations and other personnel law documents.Representing of the company in labor disputes and before Polish supervisory authorities.Support in the design and implementation of employment law strategies that meet the company's objectives.

Contract law:

Drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts, including sales, supply, license and other relevant contracts.Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and monitoring the legal framework for contract fulfillment.Support in the settlement of contractual disputes and advice on the enforcement of contractual provisions and risk management.

Data protection law:

Reviewing of Polish data protection laws and documentation of changes.Monitoring changes and developments in the Polish data protection landscape.Reviewing and updating local privacy policies and best practices.Supporting the data protection officer of the Polish entity with data protection-related analyses.

Corporate law:

Managing the corporate office and preparation and review of corporate documents such as shareholders' agreements, board resolutions, minutes and other relevant legal documents.
